The Spruce Grove City Centre Storefront Improvement Program proudly covers a variety of expenses incurred by building owners when renovating the exterior facades of ground-level commercial buildings.

Costs Covered by the Spruce Grove City Centre Storefront Improvement Program

Many approved storefront improvement projects involve upgraded signage or repaired paint and stucco. Recladding and upgraded masonry, with additional exterior features, are also possible.

Features to improve pedestrian and shopper experience, such as exterior lighting, seating, upgraded windows, entrances, and signage, are welcome projects.

Labor and costs, such as shipping, contractor labor, tool rentals, and professional services, are also covered under the program, as are planning permit fees.
