Tri-Us Event Sponsorship

The Economic and Business Development department  provides financial assistance to not-for-profit organizations hosting events in Spruce Grove.

Spruce Grove applauds our not-for-profit organizations for their hard work in hosting an array of regional, provincial, national, and international events!  Through the Tri-Us Event Sponsorship program, the Economic & Business Development Department provides financial assistance to these groups, helping to ensure their events continue to be successful.

These events must demonstrate benefit to the community.  Each group can apply to the program for maximum two (2) events per calendar year.

Based on nature of the event, there are three levels of funding available:

  • National (representatives of more than one province) are eligible for assistance up to $750.00.
  • Provincial (representatives of one or more Alberta communities  are eligible for assistance up to $500.00.
  • Regional (representatives of communities within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region) are eligible for assistance of $250.00.
