The Spruce Grove Ballpark District is a groundbreaking addition to our thriving city's landscape. Located at the crossroads of Highway 16A and Pioneer Road, this $40 million ballpark development by Spruce Gold Partnership is set to add great amenities to our city.

Start of Commercial Development

The initial development going into the Pioneer Road site will feature businesses such as Circle K Gas/Convenience/Car Wash, a Liquor Store, a Day Care, and a Nail Salon. Decker Properties hosted a sod turning event for the estimated $9 million Phase 1 of the commercial development. This phase is a component of the larger Ballpark District project, which encompasses the Ballpark stadium, commercial and residential development.
