SPRUCE GROVE EXAMINER   Spruce Grove, Parkland County reach annexation agreement.  The City and Parkland County both voted to approve a memorandum of agreement at their respective council meetings on Tuesday for the annexation of land. The City and Parkland County both voted to approve a memorandum of agreement at their respective council meetings on Tuesday for the annexation of land. In all, the city will grow by 458 hectares with future lands identified for potential growth beyond the current 30-year plan.
