Businesses in the Spruce Grove City Centre May Qualify for Improvement Grants up to $7,500.

Eligible small businesses within the Storefront Improvement Program Area can submit applications to the SIP for improvements and repairs. Approved storefronts will receive a maximum of $7,500 in reimbursements for successful renovations.

Successful Applicants to the Spruce Grove Storefront Improvement Program Must Meet the Following Requirements

Only businesses within the Storefront Improvement Program Area qualify. The zone runs along McLeod Avenue and First Avenue between Calahoo Road and King Street. Nearby sections of Calahoo Road, Queen Street, Main Street, Church Road, and King Street are also eligible. Potential applicants can review the boundaries here.

Only ground-level commercial buildings qualify for reimbursement. Properties must also be up-to-date on property taxes and municipal utility bills, not subject to an unresolved enforcement order or involved in a legal dispute with the municipality.
