Businesses within the Spruce Grove City Centre Storefront Improvement Program (SIP) Area can now apply for grants to cover eligible expenses incurred when improving building aesthetic and function. Spruce Grove hopes to simultaneously attract visitors to the City Centre and prove its dedication to existing local small businesses.

Storefront Improvement Program Offers Opportunities to Improve Curb Appeal for City Centre Businesses 

The City of Spruce Grove accepts grants on a first-come, first-served basis for property owners and businesses within the Spruce Grove City Centre Storefront Improvement Program area. Acceptable projects include exterior storefront improvements that enhance the City Centre’s appearance. Examples of program renovation projects include new LED signage for Elation Glass and Vape, exterior painting at 111 First Avenue and 110 McLeod Avenue, and artificial turf at Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate.
