City Centre Business Assoc. presents annual report to council

The City Centre Business Association (CCBA) presented their annual report to Spruce Grove council, during a regular council meeting on Nov. 29.

Council approved the CCBA’s proposed 2022 Budget, the 2020 audited financial statement and the new list of Board of Directors, who were elected at the CCBA’s annual general meeting on Sept. 30.

“For 2022 we do expect our income to be $57,000. We also expect our expenses to total $57,000,” said Angela Regier Cubos, Spruce Grove CCBA president. “It is important to note that this budget does not reflect any of our public markets, as we’re still awaiting to see if that will even be possible due to the Covid-19 restrictions. This budget reflects if we’re not going to be running ahead with markets next year.”
