Commercial and Multi-Family Residential Development Underway at Legacy Park!

Construction is progressing on the mixed‑use residential and commercial developments in Legacy Park located between Highway 16A and McLeod Avenue, extending along Jennifer Heil Way. Developed by Forum, the project will introduce a new shopping centre along with rental apartment buildings.

The Shoppes at Legacy Park

Phase 1 is advancing toward its projected Q2 2026 occupancy. The first phase includes approximately 36,380 SF across five buildings. In addition to daycare, physio, liquor, barber, and dentist tenants, the following businesses will also be opening in Spruce Grove:

The Elm at Legacy Park

Phase 1 of this purpose‑built rental community will introduce two six‑storey buildings featuring 186 modern suites, with occupancy anticipated in early 2027. Construction progress continues, with the ground‑level suspended slab for the first building successfully poured last month.

Designed with modern living in mind, The Elm will offer studio, one‑ and two‑bedroom layouts, premium finishes, underground parking, fitness facilities, outdoor BBQ and firepit areas, and a resident lounge. Future plans for Phase 2 includes two more buildings, targeting an additional 186 suites for a total of 372 homes upon completion.
