With a total site area of approximately 21.9 acres, Creekside Commons, developed by Forum, is underway on the northwest corner of Highway 16A and Jennifer Heil Way. This combines a highway commercial and multi-family residential project.

Phase 1 is under construction and will build-out approximately 36,380 SF of commercial space. Announced tenants include: Supplement World, Burger King, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Firehouse Subs, a lash and nail spa, liquor store, a daycare, and a barber. This phase is projected to have possession in Q2 2026 and is 75% leased with limited units remaining, starting at 990 SF.

Phase 2 is projected to be a future commercial phase to accommodate a range of uses and sizes, starting from 1,200 SF.

The northern portion of the parcel along McLeod Avenue has been zoned for multi-family residential. The first phase now under development will consist of two 6-storey apartment buildings with 186 units in total for estimated completion in 2027. A second stage of the project could accommodate up to two additional buildings.
