New Commercial Development at Ballpark Way

The next phase of commercial development along Ballpark Way is underway! Two buildings are under construction on Lots 1 & 1A as shown on the site plan above.

This includes a multi-tenant building under construction at 1A Ballpark Way. Being developed by the Dalon Development Group, the building is just over 4,900 SF and will consist of 3 commercial/retail units (CRUs) and anchored by a Tim Hortons restaurant. A Firehouse Subs is also moving in, with the third 1,098 SF unit currently available for lease. Tenants are expected to open in early 2026.

Directly to the west at 1 Ballpark Way along Pioneer Road, a 5,300 SF multi-tenant building is under development. A new dental clinic will be locating into the west end unit with the remaining space designated for future medical or retail tenants. Currently, there is 3,100 SF remaining for lease. Tenants are expected to open early 2026.
