St. Michael's Fenwyck Heights on Track to Open by Late Summer 2023

As of this month, St. Michael’s Fenwyck Heights is currently 80 per cent complete. Construction on the $54 million seniors’ independent living facility began in August 2021 and is expected to wrap up by the end of August 2023.
“This facility is going to serve a need that has been identified in the Tri-Region. We hope to fill a gap for people needing seniors’ housing that offers some support services,” said Christine Teterenko, Director, Supportive Living & Development, St. Michael’s Health Group.
