Construction season in Spruce Grove officially kicked off this week with the streetscape revitalization project commencing downtown as part of the City Centre Area Redevelopment Plan (CCARP).
Approved by City Council in April 2020, the goal of the CCRAP is to turn the City Centre into a place where people of all ages to shop, dine, work, live, socialize, interact, and participate in a variety of community, arts, and cultural experiences.
