Saints soccer honoured by council

Two local teams received recognition for outstanding achievement from the City of Spruce Grove.

Council presented The Spruce Grove U14 and U18 Saints with the award for putting Spruce Grove soccer on the map with a pair of provincial medals, during the April 16 council meeting.

“These teams are being recognized for outstanding achievement, bringing the community to prominence through their involvement,’ said Deputy Mayor Erin Stevenson.
