The Retail Gap Analysis study specifically assesses the retail supply, surplus and/or leakage in the City of Spruce Grove. This study identifies merchandise categories and retailers that are deemed to be a compatible fit for the City and which could be targeted to diversify and strengthen the economic positioning of Spruce Grove.
