WesTower Communications
WesTower Communications, established in 1990 as a tower design and construction company, has grown to become Canada’s largest self-performing telecommunications services provider. Renowned for tackling tough jobs in remote areas, WesTower’s expertise extends across Canada and the United States. In early 2024, the company consolidated operations from Edmonton and Telfordville into a 22,000-square-foot facility on 5.5 acres in Spruce Grove.
This move positioned Spruce Grove as the hub of their operations, alongside 19 other offices across Canada and the United States. From building and maintaining networks for major clients like TELUS, Bell, and Rogers to providing dependable connections for communities, WesTower’s vision is to keep people seamlessly connected to their world.
Spruce Grove’s supportive community and skilled workforce align with WesTower’s core values of investing in people and delivering exceptional results. The city offers access to skilled labor, modern industrial space, and proximity to major transportation routes, making it ideal for its diverse operations.
“Spruce Grove’s workforce is incredibly varied,” says the team at WesTower. “We’ve found engineers, electricians, and skilled laborers all within this community.” WesTower continues to foster local partnerships, sponsor youth programs, and invest in its community while maintaining its focus on innovation, safety, and excellence.
