The Spruce Grove Storefront Improvement Program has been renewed for another three years from January 26, 2026 to December 31, 2028 with an expanded eligibility area. The program has now been expanded to run further west along McLeod Avenue to Nelson Drive.
The City of Spruce Grove provides up to 50% matching grants of up to a maximum of $7,500 per storefront or up to $10,000 for improvements on a street corner where improvements are made to two façades. Funding is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
This program helps local businesses and building owners improve their properties by enhancing appearance, safety/security, and accessibility.
