Birthday festivities are in order.
Spruce Grove will be celebrating Alberta Day, the celebration of Alberta’s 119th birthday on Sept. 1. The celebration will be thrown at Jubilee Park, with tons of festivities, food trucks, and entertainment.
“Alberta Day is a great opportunity to connect with our neighbours and friends, and celebrate the vibrant spirit, shared history, and incredible communities that make Alberta unique,” said Jeanine Merkus, City of Spruce Grove Program and Events Manager. “In Spruce Grove, we’re excited to host an afternoon filled with live Alberta entertainment, family activities, food trucks and a special demonstration by the Canadian Forces SkyHawks military parachute team.”
