RFP – Summer Event Contractor for City Centre Business Association

Spruce Grove is ready to shine, and we need YOUR help! The City Centre Business Association is seeking a dynamic and creative Event Contractor to bring the magic to our downtown core.

What's the Buzz? 

After a major facelift, Spruce Grove's City Centre is set for a grand reveal, and we want YOU to be part of the celebration! We're on the lookout for a talented event planner to organize FOUR marquis events that will activate our newly revamped space and set the stage for a summer to remember.

• Event Viability: Let's make these events not just memorable but financially sound, aiming for cost recovery and surplus funds for CCBA's operational budget.
• Sponsorship Development: Get your creativity flowing! Collaborate with us to craft irresistible sponsorship packages that not only support the event budgets but also engage local businesses in the celebration.
• Community Engagement: We're all about inclusivity! Plan events that cater to diverse interests and demographics, fostering a sense of unity and belonging.
• Family-Friendly Fun: Strengthen those community bonds with family-friendly events. We're talking activities for everyone, with a focus on free family events. Let's make memories together!
• Quality Programming: From arts and culture to entertainment and leisure activities, bring on the excellence! Deliver programming that leaves a positive and lasting impact on our awesome community.
