Spruce Grove Economic Development Advisory Committee: Helping Economic Development!

What does the Spruce Grove Economic Development Advisory Committee (SGEDAC) do? This committee’s main goal it to act as an advisory council to City Council regarding strategic planning of economic development projects and implementation of these projects.

There are currently eight members of the committee. Three members are from the Council, two members are representatives of Spruce Grove and District Chamber of Commerce, two members represent local business, and two members represent the general public’s interests. The committee not only helps City Council with recommendations and advice on economic development in the area, they also promote and encourage local businesses regarding economic development in the community.
