A new pet food facility announced west of Edmonton in Parkland County is expected to create about 340 construction jobs and another 200 jobs at the plant itself.
Alberta-based Champion Petfoods LP is building a new state-of-the-art, custom-fitted “kitchen” to produce Acana and Orijen dog and cat food.
