Spruce Grove is part of the Edmonton Metropolitan Region, giving businesses access to a much larger regional workforce and a strong pipeline of new talent.

The region is home to seven universities, colleges and polytechnics, including the University of Alberta, MacEwan University, Concordia University of Edmonton and NorQuest College. Together with NAIT, these institutions help develop skilled graduates across a wide range of fields.
