Storefront Improvement Program - Renewed

The Spruce Grove Storefront Improvement Program has been renewed for another three years, running from January 26, 2026 through December 31, 2028.

The program’s eligibility area has also expanded further west along McLeod Avenue to Nelson Drive.

The City of Spruce Grove provides matching grants covering up to 50% of eligible improvement costs, to a maximum of $7,500 per storefront. Properties located on street corners may be eligible for up to $10,000 when improvements are made to two façades.

Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The program helps local businesses and property owners improve the appearance, safety, security and accessibility of their properties.
