Commercial and Multi-Family Residential Development Underway at Legacy Park

Construction is progressing on new mixed-use residential and commercial development in Legacy Park, located between Highway 16A and McLeod Avenue along Jennifer Heil Way.

Developed by Forum, the project includes a new shopping centre as well as purpose-built rental apartments.

The Shoppes at Legacy Park

Phase 1 is targeting occupancy in Q2 2026 and includes approximately 36,380 square feet across five buildings.

Planned tenants include daycare, physiotherapy, liquor, barber and dental businesses, along with additional businesses coming to Spruce Grove.

The Elm at Legacy Park

Phase 1 of The Elm will include two six-storey buildings with 186 rental suites, with occupancy anticipated in early 2027.

The development will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, along with underground parking, fitness facilities, outdoor BBQ and firepit areas, and a resident lounge.

A future second phase is planned to add another 186 suites, bringing the development to a total of 372 homes. (Invest Spruce Grove)
