SPRUCE GROVE EXAMINER  The Spruce Grove Saints are making moves in the offseason.

In a recent off-season trade, the Saints have sent forward Damon Zimmer to the Camrose Kodiaks, in exchange for forward Colby Wolter. Both players put in just under two thirds of a season for their respective teams, and made slight offensive impacts in their rookie year.

Zimmer suited up a total of 40 times for the Saints, collecting six goals and 12 assists for a total of 18 points. He’ll bring the invaluable experience of an incredible playoff run, that lead to an AJHL championship, to the Kodiaks.
