Building & Development Permits

Permits are needed to conduct building and development activities in the City of Spruce Grove, and can help avoid major problems in the future. Both building permits and development permits are reviewed to ensure that they meet with the Bylaws and Development Land Use Guidelines.

Business Licences

All businesses or individuals providing goods and/or services to the residents of the City of Spruce Grove must obtain a business licence.
