Lee and Susan Ready launched their Spruce Grove engineering firm in 1996 with three employees, a single client, and 750 square feet of office space. Now with 45 employees and offices across Western Canada and the United States, Ready Engineering is on the ground on six continents, providing worldwide support for their customers.
