ALBERTA GOVERNMENT Businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic are now able to apply for another payment from the Small and Medium Enterprise Relaunch Grant (SMERG). The additional payment of $10,000 is available to organizations that were operating before February 29, 2020 as well as new businesses that began operations between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021. Hotels, taxis, and ride-sharing services are now eligible to apply. Applications will remain open until May 31 to allow organizations time to apply and get the support they need. Apply now!
