GOVERNMENT OF ALBERTA An online survey is open until November 28 to give employees, employers, employer associations and members of the public an opportunity to provide input on employment rules that directly affect them. The survey includes questions on:
- group termination
- temporary layoff notices
- accrued vacation time on termination
- youth employment rules
- hours of work averaging agreements
- average daily wage calculations for general holiday pay
- termination pay
- administrative penalties
- employees’ statements of earnings
- variances and exemptions to employment standards rules
